Perfect for spare visor storage, and at a good price
I usually prefer having a spare mirror chrome or smoke visor on all my helmets and this product has worked out perfectly for storage of the spare with no hassle or worry of it scratching while stored.
I have 3 of these and even lent one to my brother inlaw who is using my older touring helmet currently, which also has 2 visors.
Cant speak for the logistics of how it works for travel but it shouldnt be too big a task to store and carry on a long ride.

Top notch Visor sleeve
I have a spare visor with pinlock installed for my Schuberth C3 pro helmet which I take for my multiday rides as backup. I'm pleased to say it keeps my expensive spare visor intact.
