Condor 2 UP Saddle Bags – After completing a 5,000 km trip, I’d like to check if my saddle bags need repairs. I’ve attached pictures for your reference. HydraPak Leak Issue – My HydraPak is slowly leaking all its water, despite being advertised as leak-proof with a lifetime warranty. I’ve attached a video demonstrating the issue.

We’ll share a form for you to complete with the required details and upload any additional photos, if needed.

3. Assessment & Repair Quote

Our team will review the information provided. If needed, we may ask for more details to assess the damage accurately. We’ll share a fair repair quote (if repair is possible) and provide a payment link after your approval.

4. Confirm Payment & Ship the Product

Please complete the payment and email us the screenshot for confirmation. Once confirmed, we’ll share the shipping address for sending the product to us.

5. Repair & Return

Once we receive the product, our team will carry out a thorough physical inspection and get in touch if we need any clarification. We’ll then repair the product, perform a final quality check, and ship it back to you. ***Repairs typically take about 1-2 working weeks, but timelines may extend during peak periods.

Please note that in rare cases, additional repair charges may apply if the information shared during the assessment stage was incomplete or inaccurate.

  • Shipping to us is your responsibility. We are not liable for any damage, delay, or loss during transit.
  • We request you to retain all personal belongings and any components not required for the repair.
  • Please note that ViaTerra will not be responsible for any non-repair items included with the shipment.
  • Please ensure the product is clean and in a hygienic condition before sending it in for repair.
  • If cleaning is required, a fee of ₹1000 will be applied to cover the necessary cleaning process.
  • Repairs are not covered under warranty unless the issue is a manufacturing defect.
  • If a product is not reparable after physical inspection, we’ll return it to you at no additional cost.
