We offer repairs (where possible) for ViaTerra products only, with services available for damages due to normal wear and tear or accidents, charged at a reasonable rate. This helps keep your gear in use for longer, reducing unnecessary consumption and environmental impact.
To initiate a repair request, email us at help@viaterra.in with details of the issue along with supporting photos so we can assess it accurately.
We’ll share a form for you to complete with the required details and upload any additional photos, if needed.
Our team will review the information provided. If needed, we may ask for more details to assess the damage accurately. We’ll share a fair repair quote (if repair is possible) and provide a payment link after your approval.
Please complete the payment and email us the screenshot for confirmation. Once confirmed, we’ll share the shipping address for sending the product to us.
Once we receive the product, our team will carry out a thorough physical inspection and get in touch if we need any clarification. We’ll then repair the product, perform a final quality check, and ship it back to you. ***Repairs typically take about 1-2 working weeks, but timelines may extend during peak periods.
