The Sikkim ride was a mix of long highways, tight mountain roads, and unpredictable weather. It was one of those journeys where every stretch feels different, and the focus stays on the ride, the terrain, and the experience of being out there.Gear Experience:Oxus Tank Bag:The 13L capacity offered ample space for daily essentials, keeping everything in one place and easily accessible throughout the ride. The magnetic mounting system was strong and reliable, holding the bag securely even on uneven and challenging terrains. It made accessing items quick and convenient without interrupting the riding experience.Element Tail Bag:The 35L capacity was more than enough for my 7-day Sikkim trip, allowing me to pack all essentials in an organized way. The mounting straps held the bag firmly in place throughout the ride, even on rough mountain terrain, giving me confidence during long hours on the saddle. It stayed stable and the design also ensured good visibility on the bike, adding to overall practicality.
Trip Details:I recently completed a ride from Noida to Auli, covering a mix of highways, city traffic, and challenging mountain roads. The journey included long riding hours, changing weather conditions, and steep uphill sections, making it a great real-world test for my riding setup and gear.Experience:During this trip, I used the Viaterra Fly Magnetic Tank Bag and the Viaterra Condor 2UP Saddle Bag, and both performed exceptionally well. The Fly Magnetic Tank Bag was extremely convenient for keeping essentials like phone, wallet, and documents within easy reach. The magnetic mounting system is strong and secure, and it stayed stable even on rough mountain patches. Its convertible backpack feature was very useful during stops. The Condor 2UP Saddle Bag provided ample storage for carrying luggage on a long-distance ride. It felt well-balanced on the bike and handled the weight efficiently without affecting stability. The build quality and practicality made it ideal for touring purposes.Overall, both products proved to be reliable, durable, and perfectly suited for long rides as well as daily usage.
Short Trip Note,"Chasing the curves to Toranmal Hill Station! As the "hot session" kicks in, I finally put the ViaTerra Miller jacket and pant to the ultimate test. Honestly, the airflow is a game-changer—even on the slow climbs, the mesh kept things incredibly cool. When you combine that level of ventilation with the rugged looks and CE Level 2 protection, it’s hard to beat for summer touring.Really Amazing Gears of @viaterragearRide was smooth, gear was solid, and the views were even better. Took the long way home, just me, my bike, and endless roads Every mile felt lighter with my essentials packed right - this claw bag didn’t just carry my stuff, it carried the journey with me.From dusty trails to quiet sunsets, it stayed by my side, rugged and reliable—just like every good ride should be.
This ride was a short but memorable trail where the terrain included dirt sections, slippery patches and tight corners. The saddle bags stayed perfectly balanced and secure throughout the ride, even on uneven trails. Moments like these really show how important a solid luggage setup is for riders who love exploring beyond smooth highways.I’ve attached the photos for your review.Feel free to use them if they fit your requirements.
I used the viaterra jersey & gloves during my off-road training at the enduro park - thailand. The quality of the product is very good & ot kept me comfortable throughout the session.
I completed the Spiti Circuit — riding via Shimla, Kinnaur, Nako, Tabo, Kaza and Chandratal before exiting through Manali. The route included high-altitude passes, broken mountain roads, deep gravel stretches, and multiple water crossings. For the entire circuit, I used the ViaTerra Claw Mini as my only luggage. Across rough off-road terrain, it remained completely stable and secure. While some of my friends experienced luggage shifting or loosening on challenging sections, the Claw Mini stayed firmly in place throughout the ride.During water crossings, the waterproof liner and rain cover ensured that everything inside remained dry and intact. After this successful experience, I’m planning to upgrade to the bigger Claw for my upcoming Ladakh ride.
These are various shots from Bangalore <--> Kasargod, Bangalore --> Kanyakumari --> Rameshwaram and back, Bangalore --> Goa --> Kasargod and back, and a couple from short rides in and around Bangalore itself. Managed to captured the lovely sceneries of Munnar, and beaches of Udupi in a few pictures.I believe no other gear brands are present in any of the pictures because I mostly use ViaTerra for all the gear on the bike and my gloves. Absolutely love the gear by the way — quality and design. Compliments to the engineering team. I do apologize if my helmet is in any of the pictures as it is from another brand. Thanks for keeping me safe during my wild adventures. Keep up the good work.
Last weekend, I rode to Nashik for a lake-side camping trip approximately a 360 km round journey. I’ve been using my ViaTerra riding jacket for over a year now, and it continues to impress with its comfort, style, and reliability. The CE Level 2 protection adds a lot of confidence on long rides.I also recently picked up the ViaTerra magnetic tank bag, and I’m genuinely surprised by how spacious it is. It remained extremely stable throughout the ride and made carrying essentials effortless. Both pieces of gear proved once again how reliable equipment enhances the overall riding experience.
Started with ViaTerra Holeshot gloves and never felt the need to switch.Over time, built my entire riding setup around the brand - jacket, pants, and luggage.Reliable, comfortable, and made for the kind of riding I do.
I’m sharing a few images featuring my ViaTerra Holeshot gloves from my regular riding routine. These were taken during my daily college commute (around 50 km) and a short Sunday ride. The gloves have been part of my everyday rides and even protected me during a minor crash, which makes them even more special for me.
Hey VaiterraGear Team,4 Days. Countless Miles. Endless Thrill. 🏍️🔥Just wrapped up an unforgettable 4-day ride exploring the MP–Gujarat border tourist spots and what a journey it was! The ride was packed with thrill, laughter, unexpected turns, chai breaks, and those golden sunset moments that make long rides worth every kilometer. Riding through changing landscapes across the Madhya Pradesh - Gujarat belt felt refreshing and raw less crowded, more authentic.Night rides added a different vibe altogether. Visibility was solid, and I was especially impressed with how the Vaiterra tail bag reflectors performed. In the dark stretches, the reflectors clearly signaled movement to vehicles behind a small detail, but a big boost to safety. It’s always reassuring when your gear works as intended on highways at night.
So during my North Sikkim trip recently from Dec 1- Dec 8.. i covered zero point (16000ft) nathu la pass (14000 ft) and since this was my first long trip i was clueless about the luggage.. we bought the viaterra claw 72 L and the fly tank bag unknowingly.. but boy oh boy never new this would be the best decision.. it held all our luggage and we did not have to carry any other bags. The strapping system is perfect not even once did they go out of place in such bad gravel roads.. steep downhills.. and the cover is awesome too. Impressive with quality they Viaterra delivers as an indian brand im proud and happy for such quality products being produced for bikers.. already got the pod bags added to my cart 😉
I am attaching several photos of myself wearing the Miller riding jacket and pants during my recent coastal ride across Gujarat, covering Surat, Diu, Somnath, Dwarka, and Rajkot. The gear provided excellent protection and confidence throughout the journey, making for an amazing experience. I hope you enjoy the attached pictures from the trip.
Some rides aren’t just about the road – they’re about the reason behind it.
I had to travel 250 km to attend a friend’s wedding. Sounds simple, right? Not really. The destination was a tier-4 town with barely any travel options. So, I did what made the most sense to me – I decided to ride.
But then came the real question: How do you carry everything for a 6-day wedding trip on a bike? Suits. Kurtas. Footwear. Casuals. Essentials. And if you’ve been to an Indian wedding, you know – packing light isn’t really an option.
The last time I did this, I managed with a big local bag tied to the pillion seat with a nylon rope. Jugaad worked… but it wasn’t ideal. This time, I wanted something better – but I also assumed proper tail bags would be expensive.
Out of curiosity, I opened Amazon and searched for bike tail bags. That’s when the Claw caught my eye. I was confused between the 48L and 72L. But I went with the 72L – figured I’d rather have extra space than regret it later.
And honestly? Best decision I made for the trip. From the moment I packed it, I knew this was different. Everything had its place – suits, ethnic wear, multiple footwear, and all the basics –without the usual struggle of stuffing and squeezing. On the ride, it stayed secure. No constant adjustments, no stress.
Sometimes, the right gear doesn’t just make a ride easier – it makes the whole experience better. The Claw didn’t just meet expectations. It quietly became something I know I’ll rely on for every ride ahead.
Riding towards Anini, one of the most beautiful and remote places in India near the Indo‑China Border, was truly an unforgettable journey. At an altitude of around 6,457 feet, the ride was filled with rough off-road trails, mountain roads, and breathtaking landscapes.
Through every challenging section of the route, my bike carried me forward with the support of my trusted luggage setup from ViaTerra. The ViaTerra Condor Solo Saddlebags and ViaTerra Trailpack Handlebar Bag handled the tough terrain perfectly, keeping my essentials secure and balanced throughout the ride.
From muddy tracks to high-altitude mountain roads, this journey to Anini was not just a ride—it was an adventure into the wild beauty of Arunachal Pradesh.
The Claw Mini bag — it’s truly one of the best buys for motorcycle travel. It mounts perfectly on my Duke 200, is easy to remove, and is spacious enough to fit all my essentials. The best part is the side pockets, which can hold a 5-litre petrol can — extremely useful in challenging terrains like Ladakh.
From my personal experience, I can confidently say Viaterra products are durable, practical, and cost-effective. I’ve travelled from Kanyakumari to Siachen, and recently completed my Ladakh circuit, where I truly experienced the value and reliability of your products.
Soulful journey blending adventure and devotion — my trip to Srisailam Temple and Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam was truly unforgettable.
