- Inner/ base layers, which are worn directly against the skin, are not eligible for returns or exchange.
- For any Layer products that do not fall under the base-layer principles above, our standard returns & exchanges policy apply.

All Other Layers
For any Layer products that do not fall under the base-layer principles above, our standard returns & exchanges policy applies:
- Email us at help@viaterra.in with your return request and wait for confirmation.
- If eligible, we’ll share a form for you to complete with the required information.
- The concerned support team will guide you through the return/ exchange process as needed.
- Ship the product to the address we share.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Please note: We are not responsible for damage, delay, or loss during transit to our warehouse.
- Once the product reaches us, our team will carry out a thorough quality inspection.
- If the return & refund is approved, we’ll issue a refund after deducting a 2% MRP fee (payment gateway charges). Refunds typically reflect in your account within 5–7 working days after processing. Please contact your bank with the refund reference number in case of a delay.
- If exchange is approved, the replacement product will be dispatched to your address.
- If the products fails quality check, same will be shipped back to the customer.
Eligibility:
- The product must be unused, in new condition, and returned with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- Any item showing signs of usage or physical damage cannot be returned or exchanged.
