Wash & Care
  • Hand wash only using mild soap or detergent.
  • Do not machine wash, tumble dry, bleach, iron, or dry clean.

  • Clean with a soft cloth or sponge and rinse thoroughly with clean water.
  • Air dry naturally in the shade. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight while drying.
  • Store in a cool, dry place away from moisture when not in use.
Things to Remember
  • Roll the waterproof liner at least three times before securing the roll-top closure to ensure optimal waterproof performance.
  • The waterproof liner is removable and should always be securely refitted using the Velcro attachments after cleaning or removal.
  • Only the main compartment (with the waterproof liner) and the dedicated waterproof quick-access pocket are waterproof. All other compartments are water resistant and may allow water ingress during prolonged exposure.
  • Use the included rain cover during extended or heavy rainfall for additional protection.
  • Avoid carrying sharp or pointed objects without adequate protection, as they may damage the waterproof liner.
  • The backpack is supplied with the DASH harness detached. Install and adjust the harness according to your torso length before first use for optimal comfort and load distribution.

Excellent Backpack for Everyday Riding & Touring!

I’ve been using the Viaterra Ruckus 21 and I’m genuinely impressed with the overall build quality, comfort, and practicality. The backpack feels extremely well designed for bikers, with plenty of useful storage space without becoming unnecessarily bulky.

The ergonomics and weight distribution are excellent, especially during longer rides. The compartments are thoughtfully designed, making it easy to organise riding essentials, gadgets, and everyday items. The build quality also gives you confidence that this is a backpack made to handle regular use and touring.

What I particularly like is that it manages to strike a great balance between functionality, comfort and ruggedness. Whether it’s a daily commute, weekend ride, or a longer road trip, the Ruckus 21 fits the job perfectly.

Viaterra has clearly put a lot of thought into the needs of riders, and the Ruckus 21 is a great example of that. Definitely recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and well-built motorcycle backpack. 🏍️🎒

Extremely well built. All the compartments are well thought out. Especially the free laptop sleeve. The number of pockets you guys added to this compact bag is amazing. The shoulder straps distribute the weight really well. Would be nice to have a clip of sorts to fold the shoulder adjustment straps. Since it's you guys, replacement waterproof liners will be available at some point? Waterproofing working flawlessly - even the non waterproof compartments using the built in rain liner. Tested in about 300+ km of almost continuous Kerala monsoons. Maybe accessory pouches that can be mounted somewhere on the bag?

Best waterproof solution for everyday office rides

I purchased it on very first day of launch and using it daily since then. Used in heavy rains as well and everything inside waterproof compartments were safe from water. Also straps work as expected, takes away all burden from shoulders and helps me sit in straight posture while riding. It's a good posture corrector for me 🤣. I also bought one more for my elder brother as well as a gift.

Hi there, i recently brought the bag but you guys didn't provide laptop sleeve you had shown in picture and videos, still i searched your side to go ahead and buy it but product not listed, see you have to be specific do i get it with bag or not and if No, where can i buy it and similarly about the water blader which is recommended to buy and where can it be brought

The laptop sleeve is included with the Ruckus 21 and is not sold separately. You should have received one with your bag, so it being missing from your package should not have happened. The Ruckus 21 has been designed to accommodate HydraPak hydration bladders. The bladder itself is not included with the bag, and this is mentioned in the product listing along with the complete list of components included in the package.

    Yes. The Ruckus 21 motorcycle backpack has a dedicated space to secure a hydration bladder of up to 2 liters using a velcro retention loop. It also features external zippered access, allowing you to remove or refill without opening the main compartment and dedicated openings to route the hydration pipe to either the left or the right side. The hydration bladder needs to be bought separetely.
