  • If stains cannot be removed with a damp cloth, use a soft-bristled brush soaked in a mild, pH-neutral soap and rinse with cold water. Please note that using a brush may cause pilling, which is not covered under warranty.
  • Allow the product to air dry completely before storing in a shaded area.
  • Store away from direct sunlight and other heat sources.
  • Dry-cleaning, machine washing, using clothes dryers, hand/dhobi washing, or soaking will void the warranty as these methods damage the fabric’s special coatings.
  • Do not alter the product or get it repaired at an unauthorized repair centre, as this will void the warranty.
  • When storing the bag, do not fold, roll, or stuff it into a smaller space or container, as this will damage the coating and void the warranty.
