Care and storage
  1. All Unbrako fasteners supplied with a black oxidised finish should be coated with a thin layer of oil, especially after washing.
  2. WD40 can be used as an alternative to oil to prevent rust formation on the fasteners.
Things to Remember

While tightening or loosening fasteners, ensure Allen keys are fully and properly inserted in the slot and that force is applied perpendicular to the fastener axis to avoid slippage.

Compact and versatile

Had an intention of using this saddle stay with both rackless system and a saddlebag which works pretty well for the two luggage system, compact, light weight, functional and versatile.
The Allen bolt that screwed the system on the left side of the footrest was a bit long that it tore the chain guard but still doesn't cause any major issue.
Great product and should be made available for all kinds of bikes

Gets the job done while looking slick!

I was always looking for a saddle stay which looked slick and as a part of the bike. This one gets the job done. Even works with normal luggage wrapped with rope. Sturdy, nice finish. But, do make sure that you follow the instructions while installing. If you screw up the installation, especially on the left side, it might damage your chain guard.

Lightweight and truly minimal looking option of a saddlestay

I have been on the lookout for a lightweight and minimal saddlestay for my 390 adv. I wanted to add as less bulk as possible. Ever since I saw the minimal saddle stay option for the Himalayan I wanted one for my bike too. And I am not let down by ViaTerra by launching yet another banger of a product. All combined it weighs around ~1300gm. Nice!
