Care and storage
  1. All black oxidised Unbrako fasteners supplied with the adapter should be coated with a light layer of oil after washing to prevent rust.
  2. WD-40 can be used as an alternative to oil for rust protection on the fasteners.
Things to Remember

Ensure the Allen keys are fully seated in the fastener head before tightening or loosening, and apply force perpendicular to the fastener axis to avoid rounding or slippage.

Excellent quality

Overall I am happy with the product. It's well made, very neat and good finish. My suggestion to improve it is to give additional support with extensions fixing on the other two bolts of the grab rail too. The mount shakes a lot along with the plastic top box I've mounted and I'm afraid someday it could have a fatigue fracture. So far good, but the shaking is quite concerning, that's the only reason I've bought another model that issues uses original grab rails but fixes on all 4 bolts so it's more secure.

Not a review actually but a query

If I fix the top box how much inclined it will be, as my current top rack is not pillion friendly as it is inclined towards the pillion and makes not comfortable, and how much weight it can handle as mine is alluminium 45 liter top box, will this is capable of holding it. Thanks in advance

Excellent product, but

The product is robust and well designed. It has all the bolts and one Allen key for its bolts. But there are no instructions on how to go about it. A simple 2D drawing on an A4 sheet in the order of installation would have helped me a lot. That dampened my experience. Viaterra charges so much for this product, at a bare minimum, there should be a set of instructions.
