We double-check sizes during order confirmation to minimize errors. For the Munro, our team will contact you directly if any measurement issues are detected. If any video instructions are unclear, please reach out to us for guidance.
Despite these checks, if any fit issues arise, we’ll review your original measurements over a video call and compare them to the garment. As all items are handmade, some variations are normal. If a significant discrepancy is due to our error, we will make the necessary adjustments at no cost. If the issue is caused by incorrect measurements provided, we can offer repairs or adjustments for a nominal fee.

If your shipment arrives damaged or any item(s) are missing, please contact us immediately. Take photos of the consignment, note the damage and/or missing items on the shipping label or receipt, and have the delivery person sign it. This documentation is required to file a claim with our logistics partner for a replacement or reimbursement.
