1. Design your jacket/ pants: Click on the customize button to open the design studio which will give you an array of options from customizing the colour, mesh panels and armours. Once you are happy with the visual design, go ahead and place your order. 
2. Measure Yourself: Post order placement, we’ll share video links showing exactly how to take your measurements. Follow the step-by-step guide to ensure accurate body measurements. If you have any questions or need clarification on your measurements, please reach out to us.
3. Submit Details: Enter your measurements through the Google Form we provide.
4. Review & Clarify: Our team will check your details and reach out if any clarification or re-measurement is needed.
5. Confirm & Approve: As the Munro is made to order and customised specifically for you, it is not eligible for cancellation, return or exchange. You will receive an email summarizing your measurements, selected armour, and chosen colorway. Pattern editing will begin only after we’ve assessed that the submitted measurements are suitable and you confirm that you have reviewed and understood all the above details.
6. Pattern edit & Production: We use your detailed measurements to adjust the component panels, tailoring the jacket or pants specifically to your body. Once the pattern is finalized, each panel is cut according to the selected materials, mesh, and trim colors. The panels are stitched together to form the garment. Measurements are checked before final assembly to ensure the finished piece meets the required fit and ease.
7. Quality check & shipment: All products undergo thorough inspection by our Quality Care and Control team before shipment. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Delivery typically takes 5–7 working days, depending on the destination.
