everything came complete and very securely packaged. The hardware seems good quality, and the actual plate is very light aed sturdy. There are minor imperfections along the plate's edges and borders but pretty much cosmetic; none that would represent a cutting or abrasion hazard. Overall quite happy with the purchase!
