Wash and Care

Wipe it clean with a damp cloth using mild soap and water.
Avoid harsh chemicals or fabric stain removers, as they may damage the material.
If there are stains which you are not able to remove using a damp cloth, use a soft bristled brush soaked in a mild pH neutral soap and rinse off using cold water. Please note that using the brush could lead to piling which will not be covered under warranty.
Ensure all zippers and buckles are free from dirt and debris to maintain smooth operation.
Allow the bag to air dry completely before storage to prevent moisture buildup and fabric deterioration. Store away from the sun & other heat sources.
Remove bags from the bike when not in use to avoid fabric fading.
Dry-cleaning or machine washing or using a clothes dryers or hand/dhobi washing or soaking will void the warranty as this will damage the special coatings that the fabric has.
Do not alter the product or get it repaired at an unauthorized repair centre as this will void the warranty.
When you are storing the bag, please do not stuff the item into a smaller space/container as this will damage the coating and void the warranty.

Things to Remember

Don’t compress the raincover aggressively, it may weaken seam tapes over time.
Make sure the zippered opening is closed fully to prevent water ingress during rains.
Ensure straps are fastened securely and excess slack is tucked away before you ride.
Distribute weight evenly across the bag for better balance & stability.
Choose a size and shape that doesn’t interfere with controls or restrict movement.

My new homie!

Super excited the moment the ACE was launched due to its compact size. After much thought i ordered it and went for a 600km ride to test it out and here are the initial thoughts:

1. Bag is well constructed and main compartment was just enough to carry essentials.

2. The side pockets could've been deep rather than wider as phone nowadays are just huge and not all phone fits there easily.

3. Mounting was easing peasy. The Quick latch R hook is neat but will take some time to get used. Have to be a little more patient when fueling, first loosen the head straps, remove the hook, fuel up, hook back and then tighten both the straps. A quick release buckle atleast at the top would've lessen the steps. But hey, can't say much for this superb price and value it offers.

4.Some kind pull straps for the main zipper could make it gloves friendly. I made my own though here 😝.

Would I recommend, 100%. It'll be my go to homie for short and weekend trips, or maybe even for longer days. Now I've to think extra when to use the Viper pro. Go check that out, it's just too good. Thanks again Viaterra for the amazing product.

Just clip the bag onto the base using the 4 side-release buckles. Once cinched down, it stays put, even on bumpy roads or off-road trails.
