Wash and Care
  1. Remove bags from the bike when not in use to avoid fabric fading.
  2. Clean the surface regularly with a damp cloth and mild soap solution.
  3. Avoid using harsh chemicals, abrasive materials, or high heat to clean the bags.
  4. Ensure all zippers are free from dirt and debris to maintain smooth operation.
  5. Allow the bag to air dry completely before storage to prevent moisture buildup and fabric deterioration. Store away from the sun & other heat sources.
  6. Avoid sharp or pointed objects that can puncture the fabric.
  7. Store the bags loosely and avoid over-stuffing to prevent stretching and warping as this will damage the coating and void the warranty.
  8. Do not alter the product or get it repaired at an unauthorized repair centre as this will void the warranty.
Things to Remember
  1. Keep the bags away from direct sunlight for extended periods to prevent fading and deterioration.
  2. Inspect the zipper, buckles, and mounting straps regularly, and replace any damaged components as needed.
  3. Distribute weight evenly across the bag for better balance & stability.
  4. When storing, leave the air release valve open, partially close the zipper, and store the bag in a cool, ventilated space with silica gel packets for moisture absorption.
  5. Waterproof zippers are harder to operate than regular zippers due to the added WP coating. Care must be taken while using - zipper must be closed slower, guiding the slider carefully along the zipper tape.
  6. Use zipper lube on the WP zipper to reduce friction and protect against moisture, rust, and corrosion.

No word jugglery .. Simple straight forward .. excellent quality .. Really worked in heavy rains.. I had 2 mobiles, wallet, currency in it and even after 2 hours of heavy rains.. not a ingle drop inside..

I bought this product a couple of weeks ago and I am more than happy that I bought it...
Very useful for long rides. The bag is stylish, easy to strap on, and very spacious. Earlier I had a simple waist pouch and used to struggle to take out / put back my wallet / other things while sitting on the bike. But after I got VIATERRA Thigh bag, taking things out of the bag and even putting them back has become super easy. I used to keep my cell phone else where, but now I am keeping it in my Thigh bag. The zips are smooth and easy to operate....I am yet to ride in heavy rain and so cannot comment on the waterproof effectiveness of the bag. I have used other VIATERRA products and those products have withstood the tests those are intended for and I am sure that this product will also do so....
I would recommend this product to riders or even trekkers or travelers..

More space & little accessing the area

Even though it seems small but have nice space inside, the only thing which I didn't like is accessing the pouch the zip area is small and congested may be its because of waterproof thing don't know. and the most imp which I felt is to keep cash because on ride we carry cash and we have a prepaid system so one carry all the cash and spend accordingly which is me in my group so it is little bit congested
