International Shipping Policy
1. International Shipping Charges
ViaTerra ships international orders through third-party courier partners such as
FedEx.
The shipping amount paid at the time of placing the order is an estimated charge and
It may not always cover the final shipping cost. International shipping charges are
subject to change due to factors including, but not limited to:
Fuel surcharges
Out of Delivery Area (ODA) charges
Remote location surcharges
Dimensional weight revisions
Customs and regulatory requirements
Changes in courier partner pricing
In cases where the actual shipping cost exceeds the amount paid during checkout,
ViaTerra reserves the right to request payment of the additional shipping charges
Before dispatching the order.
Once the final shipping quote is received from the courier partner, the customer will
be informed of any additional amount payable. The order will be dispatched only
after the balance shipping amount has been paid.
2. Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Charges
International customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes,
VAT, GST, brokerage fees, customs clearance charges, storage fees, handling fees,
or any other charges imposed by customs authorities or courier partners (such as
FedEx, DHL, etc.) in the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping charges paid to
ViaTerra unless specifically stated otherwise. Any additional fees incurred during
customs clearance, storage, or delivery must be paid directly by the customer before
the shipment can be released or delivered.
3. Product Selection & Sizing
Customers are requested to carefully review the product specifications and compatibility
information, and size charts before placing an order.
Please ensure that the correct product, colour, and size are selected at the time of
purchase.
Due to the high cost of international shipping and customs procedures, ViaTerra
does not offer size exchanges or product exchanges for international orders, resulting
from incorrect selection by the customer.
4. Warranty Claims
Warranty claims for international orders will be reviewed in accordance with
ViaTerra's Standard warranty policy.
If a product is found to be covered under warranty after assessment and approval by
ViaTerra, repair or replacement may be offered at our discretion.
However, all shipping charges associated with sending the product to ViaTerra and
Shipping the repaired or replacement product back to the customer shall be borne by
The customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines provided by ViaTerra or the courier partner are estimates only.
Transit times may vary due to:
Customs clearance procedures
Local regulations
Weather conditions
Public holidays
Courier operational delays
Force majeure events
ViaTerra cannot guarantee delivery dates for international shipments.
6. Order Cancellation
If additional shipping charges are required and the customer does not wish to
proceed, the order may be cancelled before dispatch. Any applicable payment
gateway or transaction charges incurred may be deducted from the refund amount
where applicable.
