True zero-displacement fit using a 3 Point anchoring system making it a breeze to load and unload.

  • One strap goes under the tail lamp (to prevent the bag from sliding forward)
  • Two straps loop through the rear footpeg stays (to secure the bag in place)

Dual side locking on bridge strap for adjusting the width of the bridge. To adjust the webbing length as per the mounting requirements for your specific bike model

  • First, secure the double D-Ring and mark the webbing after 4-5 inches
  • Cut the rest of the extra webbing - Burn the edges of the cut part of the webbing to stop it from fraying off.

Please follow the below steps to make your bags last for a long time!

1. Remove bags from the bike when not in use to avoid fabric fading

2. Wipe clean with a damp cloth using mild soap & water

3. Do not use any fabric stain removers, bleach or any chemicals for cleaning.

4. If there are stains which you are not able to remove using a damp cloth, use a soft bristled brush soaked in a mild pH neutral soap and rinse off using cold water. Please note that using the brush could lead to piling which will not be covered under warranty.

5. Allow to air dry thoroughly before storing in a shaded area

6. Store away from the sun & other heat sources

7. Dry-cleaning or machine washing or using a clothes dryers or hand/dhobi washing or soaking will void the warranty as this will damage the special coatings that the fabric has.

8. Do not alter the product or get it repaired at an unauthorized repair centre as this will void the warranty.

9. When you are storing the bag, please do not fold, or roll or otherwise stuff the item into a smaller space/container as this will damage the coating and void the warranty.

Great bags does what it's supposed to but straps could have been of better quality

Went touring with these bags on heavy rains. The rain protection of the bags are good when it comes to the main compartment since there is a rain insulation material. But the compartments or pockets that are outside does not have rain protection. Even though I had covered it with the extra rain covers that were provided with the bag there was still some water that passed through and the one of my documents got completely wet. So any important documents as well needs to be kept inside the main compartment. Also I have saddle stays in my motorcycle which would always be in tight contact with the straps and over time these straps tend to get damaged with constant pressure from the saddle stay. So the strap quality could have been a little stronger. Apart from the rain cover which could have had a better fit for the bags and the strap quality which could have been stronger, I have no other complains. It does what it's supposed to. Stays in place really well. And this was one of the rare solution for carrying luggage on my motorcycle which is a Yamaha FZ25.

Excellent after-sales customer service

So, I got the bags in December 2023 and I went on a trip soon. It was my first trip with the bags so obviously, I was not expecting any damage. But during the trip, the side strap broke and the rain cover got a little torn. Anyway, I sent a complaint to the shop owner who then sent an email to ViaTerra and then Mr. Rohan from ViaTerra asked for the pictures for it and confirmed the bags' pick-up. Within 10 days, I got my bags picked up, repaired, and delivered without any cost. They even gave me a new rain cover and a new bag. That was really really nice. And I loved the customer service.

Enough space with Rain protection.

These are my first saddle bags. Looking like little expensive but quality wise these are batter material used in these is good and space wise these are good enough for 4-5 days one person clothes, and gadgets. These have huge capacity for storage. But I think the strip quality can be little improve and can be 3 currently it is 2 as per weight capacity. These have reflectors and comes with rain liners as well for additional protection.
