This is the first product that I have bought from ViaTerra.
I purchased this product to replace the existing headlight guard that made cleaning the headlight complicated (I had to unscrew the grill on both sides every time I wanted to clean).
The installation was simple (which is a welcomed change from the usual series of events for ANY of my installs: twelves tools necessary, one tool that you DON’T HAVE, removing existing screws, ESPECIALLY ON A HIMALAYAN, a laborious and sometimes disastrous undertaking. LOL!
I like the minimalist design but I may change the headlight to something more modern to compliment the look. And I have no qualms that the glass might dislodge from the support. It all seems very robust.
The ONLY fault that I found with the product (if you could call it that), was removing the protective paper that is on either side of the Plexiglas which was very difficult. Of course you don’t want to scratch the surface when doing so. It took me as much time to remove the paper as to install the unit itself. A bit of overkill in my humble opinion.
All in all, I am pleased with the product.
I have been using it since it's launched. It's really an awesome product and fulfilled my purpose and it's very robust and minimalistic design makes it look awesome on the motorcycle.
The product is totally worth it. But for people who have changed their stock headlights, this product won't fit, you will have to do adjustments using feviquick and stuff.
It is very good product and it protect my bike headlight.
