Precision CNC-machined mounting points ensure perfect alignment while accommodating minor frame tolerances. The rack bolts directly onto the Himalayan 450’s rear subframe without compromising pillion comfort, grab handle access, or overall functionality.
Care and storage
Clean the rack periodically with mild soap and water to remove dirt and road grime.
Avoid using abrasive cleaners or brushes that may scratch the aluminium surface.
After washing, wipe dry with a soft cloth to prevent water spots.
Check and tighten all fasteners periodically to maintain secure fitment.
Things to Remember
When tightening or loosening the fasteners, make sure the Allen keys are fully seated in the slots, and apply force perpendicular to the fastener axis to prevent stripping or damage.
