Care and Storage


1. All Unbrako fasteners supplied with a black oxidised finish should be coated with a thin layer of oil, especially after washing.
2. WD40 can be used as an alternative to oil to prevent rust formation on the fasteners.

Things to Remember

While tightening or loosening fasteners, ensure Allen keys are fully and properly inserted in the slot and that force is applied perpendicular to the fastener axis to avoid slippage.

Recieved damage product,

The paint on one of the saddle rack is peeling off and there is rust underneath it, unfortunately I was headed for a tour and couldn’t even exchange it, seems like Viaterra doesn’t have a quality check before shipping

After reviewing the images you shared, it appears that this particular rack may have been dispatched from older inventory stock, where prolonged wrapping/storage has unfortunately affected the powder coating, leading to the peeling and surface rust you noticed. This is certainly not the quality we aim to deliver.

Our team has already reached out to you over email and offered both a replacement or a full refund, depending on what works better for you. We’re also taking corrective action internally to review stock quality checks and prevent such cases going forward.
