2. Clean the surface regularly with a damp cloth and mild soap solution.
3. Avoid using harsh chemicals, abrasive materials, or high heat to clean the bags.
4. Ensure all zippers and buckles are free from dirt and debris to maintain smooth operation.
5. Allow the bag to air dry completely before storage to prevent moisture buildup and fabric deterioration. Store away from the sun & other heat sources.
6. Avoid sharp or pointed objects that can puncture the fabric.
7. Store the bags loosely and avoid over-stuffing to prevent stretching and warping as this will damage the coating and void the warranty.
8. Do not alter the product or get it repaired at an unauthorized repair centre as this will void the warranty.

2. Inspect the air release valve, buckles, D-rings, and mounting straps regularly, and replace any damaged components as needed.
3. Distribute weight evenly across the bag for better balance & stability.
4. When storing, leave the air release valve open, partially close the zipper, and store the bag in a cool, ventilated space with silica gel packets for moisture absorption.
5. Waterproof zippers are harder to operate than regular zippers due to the added WP coating. Care must be taken while using - zipper must be closed slower, guiding the slider carefully along the zipper tape.
6. Use zipper lube on the WP zipper to reduce friction and protect against moisture, rust, and corrosion.
