Installation Guide

The KTM Adventure 250/390 Saddlebag Stay is designed for simple installation. All required fasteners, spacers, and washers are included for a secure fit. Laser-cut bolting slots accommodate minor frame inconsistencies, allowing precise alignment. The stay mounts directly onto the subframe without obstructing the pillion seat or footrest, ensuring both functionality and comfort.

Care and storage

All Unbrako fasteners that are supplied in a black oxidised finish need to be covered with a thin coat of oil, especially after washing.
You can also use WD40 instead of oil for this. This is to prevent the development of rust on the fasteners.

Things to Remember

While tightening or loosening the fasteners, please ensure the Allen keys are fully and properly inserted in the slot and that the force is applied perpendicular to the fastener axis to avoid slippage.

One of the best of 1st gen ADV.

Bought it to be used with Condor 2 UP saddlebags and later tried it with Quick-release saddlebags. Works like a charm.

Accidently, crashed on my left during an off-road patch during my Ladakh trip and they saved bike from a lot of scratches as well.

Best Fitting for ADVENTURE 390

Unlike other saddle stay,this is very low profile and sturdy. It is well adjustable with needs and can be removed quickly if needed even after 3 point of connection to the body of the bike. Acts as rare crashbars for my bike aswell, yup it does act as a crashbar for bike in trails.
