Timeline

All custom-built products are made to order, with the exception of Munro, which requires the use of the design studio due to the complexity of customization. Upon placing an order for any custom-built product, you will be added to the queue.
Within 3 days of placing the order, a member of our sales team will contact you to finalize the details of your custom order. For certain products, additional touchpoints are necessary to gather information, such as taking measurements during a video call. After providing all necessary information, you will receive an order confirmation email with the final configuration for your approval. Once the order is approved, cancellation, exchange, return or refund is not possible.
After receiving email approval, your custom product will move to production.  Production could take anywhere from 2-3 weeks depending on orders in queue.
All products undergo thorough inspection by our Quality Care and Control Team in Nashik prior to shipment. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. Delivery may take 3-7 days, depending on the final destination.

FAQ

A: Please be aware that the colors on the product may differ slightly from those of your motorcycle due to possible variations in shading.
A: The actual colors of the fabric on your custom built product may not match what you see on your screen due to factors such as monitor variations and screen settings. Please note that the fabric in reality appears to have a more subdued, matte finish as compared to its representation on screen.
A: No. Since custom products are made especially for you with your specified design, returns will not be accepted as per our return policy.
A: We prioritize accurate measurements during the ordering process and strive to provide a product that exceeds your expectations. If there are any issues with the fit, we will re-take the measurements over a call and compare them to the original measurements provided. If the measurements match, we will compare the garment measurements to the expected measurements with allowances, as these are hand-made. If there is a significant discrepancy, we will create a new garment and send it to you.
A: No. Changes to the design after approval is not possible.
A: You can track the delivery status of your order using the tracking information provided by us via email. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account on the website.
A: The entire process, from taking measurements to final delivery, may take 2-4 weeks.
