Thread: We use Nylon-6 thread in our products – this is much stronger than polyester thread.
- Remove bags from the bike when not in use to avoid fabric fading
- Wipe clean with a damp cloth using mild soap & water
- Do not use any fabric stain removers, bleach or any chemicals for cleaning.
- If there are stains which you are not able to remove using a damp cloth, use a soft bristled brush soaked in a mild pH neutral soap and rinse off using cold water. Please note that using the brush could lead to piling which will not be covered under warranty.
- Allow to air dry thoroughly before storing in a shaded area
- Store away from the sun & other heat sources
- Dry-cleaning or machine washing or using a clothes dryers or hand/dhobi washing or soaking will void the warranty as this will damage the special coatings that the fabric has.
- Do not alter the product or get it repaired at an unauthorized repair centre as this will void the warranty.
- When you are storing the bag, please do not fold, or roll or otherwise stuff the item into a smaller space/container as this will damage the coating and void the warranty.

I have reduced my rating as did not get any confidence from their customer support, I asked for extra straps, simple extra straps. Something I'd need for long journeys, I offered to even pay. Sad to see this kind of thing here, so much potential.

I'm very satisfied with this product, especially since it's made in India and we have their support for repairs etc. It's a remarkably well thought out product, I wish they could have used bigger zips but I think the bigger ones let in more seepage so that might be a reason they went with a more compact linkage. The zip were easy enough to operate with gloves on.
It's a good looking back, the only thought I had was if I should have got the 72 litre version, but I can always top it up with another add-on I think, I haven't checked but I think they have D rings for expansion and bungee cords etc.
I only wish there was an easier way to have a quick release buckle for mounts, but I think that's a call the user would have to make based on some risk assessment. I think I'll just shorten my front fasteners to make it more manageable for now.
Time will tell if the mounting D-Rings hold up. I'm using it on an Himalayan 411 with a pillion backrest, sits well on the bike.

I recently completed my uttarakhand tour. Claw pro is perfect fit for my Himalayan. Quick and Hassle free mounting. Inner waterproof liners are really good. I could share the claw pro rain cover with my brother to save his bag. Easy to carry on flight. Easy to clean as my bike fell couple of time in the muck. I literally put the bag under a roadside water fall to clean it up.

I used the Claw Pro for my 15 days solo ride on a Himalayan 450 through the western ghats of Karnataka, partly tac and off-road. I must say that the bags were quite impressive and had no major issues with the luggage system. My review of the product is as follows:
Good design: The bag is quite well designed and is quite volumetric, I would have preferred a tat smaller volume, so best to make the product available in Small/Medium/Large sizes that can cater to rider’s preference. Possible improvements: I would have preferred the left and right-side sections of bag to be lower in design/construction, so that heavier stuff like tool kits, tyre tubes, etc. can be placed lower, thus reducing the centre of gravity of the bike. This should also have a sperate openings to have easy access to the stuff.
Good martials used: The overall construction and material used is good but can’t vouch on the longevity as I have not used it extensively - previously used a SW-Motech Pro Cargo bag Tail Bag, which was phenomenal. I found the material used for the inner Dry Pack were quite thick and uses up a lot of space. Preferably use a thinner gauge material that is also lighter. Developing the entire bag in a PVC welded construction (like your 40L dry bag with 3-layer laminated waterproof fabric) would be prefect – it would be a first as none of the luggage systems globally offer this.
Mounting straps are a let-down: The only issue I had with the luggage system was that the straps and their ratchet (locks) were disappointing, they came lose with every speedbump I hit. I had to finally use two Roc Straps to secure the luggage on the bike. It would be best to design a strap like a Roc Strap with extendable elastic cods on both ends OR Just provide two Roc Straps along with the bag. Please change the ratchets (lock) from plastic to a lighter metal one, that can lock the straps securely.
Overall, a good product, but needs some improvements.
