RETURNS

We have a strict no returns and exchange policy for base layers. Once a base layer item is purchased, it cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. This policy is in place to ensure the hygiene, safety, and quality of our base layer products. We understand that choosing the right size and fit for base layers can be crucial, so we encourage customers to refer to our size guide and product descriptions before making a purchase.

EXCHANGE

If you want to exchange the product(s), you can pick any item(s) for an equivalent amount or pay the difference for a higher priced item. Please write to us on contactus@viaterragear.com for further details on the same. 

Fabrics:

Polygiene Treated:

Uses a special ODOR CRUNCH technology to absorb and neutralize odor molecules

Thread:

We use Nylon-6 thread in our products – this is much stronger than polyester thread.

IMPORTANT NOTE –

Wash separately in cold water before use

Once washed or worn, this product cannot be returned for a refund or exchanged with another product.

1. Drip dry the base layers after washing in cold water in a ventilated area away from direct sunlight.

2. Do not wring the base layers.

3. Do not use any fabric stain removers, bleach or any chemicals for cleaning.

4. If there are stains which you are not able to remove using a damp cloth, use a soft bristled brush soaked in a mild pH neutral soap and rinse off using cold water. Please note that using the brush could lead to piling which will not be covered under warranty.

5. Allow to air dry thoroughly before storing in a shaded area

6. Store away from the sun & other heat sources

7. Dry-cleaning or using a clothes dryers will void the warranty as this will damage the special coatings that the fabric has.

8. Do not alter the product or get it repaired at an unauthorized repair centre as this will void the warranty.

Warranty

We provide a 6 months warranty against defects in materials or craftsmanship if purchased directly from us or from an authorized dealer. Please click on Warranty policy and choose the relevant category for further details.

Lifetime repair support

Fabrics fade, zippers get stuck, plastic fittings break – a few things that could happen with usage. We believe in extending the life of our products so that we use lesser natural resources and you get more bang for your buck. It's fabulous

Me & my wife we both are bike lovers and ride through the wind.
I came to know about this brand from internet. Then I decided to buy base layer from this brand.
I had purchased one pair of base layer earlier. And I can't describe you how good it feels at riding, at summer it's working really like a added skin layer, after 7 months later I bought another 1 pair.
And honestly said that the brand Viaterra is really awesome 👍👍.

too tight and no option for exchange

Can't review the product yet, quality looks ok though, but despite correctly measuring myself and picking corresponding size from provided chart (I am at the lower side of the XL range) , the product feels quite tight with a bit short sleeves. Maybe it is the design intention, but then it should be mentioned in the description. So if you want a bit relaxed fit, then opt for one size larger.

I would like to get it replaced, but there is no option to get an exchange :-(

Exactly Feels like second skin

I used to wear T-shirts under my riding jacket, and during every break, I had to remove my jacket to dry the T-shirt. I even took breaks just to remove the jacket due to the wet feeling. After switching to this base layer, I don't feel wet inside (except in extremely hot conditions), and I rarely need to remove my jacket. I highly recommend this product to anyone who uses T-shirts under their riding jacket. Please give it a try—there is a day and night difference.
