Please follow the below steps to make your bags last for a long time!

  1. Remove bags from the bike when not in use to avoid fabric fading
  2. Clean the surface regularly with a damp cloth and mild soap solution.
  3. Avoid using harsh chemicals, abrasive materials, or high heat to clean the bags.
  4. Allow to air dry thoroughly before storing.
  5. Store the bags in a dry and cool place when not in use.
  6. Avoid sharp or pointed objects that can puncture the fabric.
  7. Store the bags loosely and avoid over-stuffing to prevent stretching and warping as this will damage the coating and void the warranty.
  8. Keep the bags away from direct sunlight for extended periods to prevent fading and deterioration.
  9. Do not alter the product or get it repaired at an unauthorized repair centre as this will void the warranty.

Good Waterproof bag

I have used this bag during several of my rides especially on heavy rain rides , here is my take.

1. The bag holds all my essentials for a 10 day ride (incl Camera).
2. Easy to get it fixed on the back of your bike.
3. Stays Firm even on off roading situations (don't of to worry whether it falls or tilts)
4. All items inside the bag remained dry in spite of riding in heavy rains with water splash from heavy vehicles nearby

Absolutely love this product. It is very thoughtfully designed which shows that a lot of feedback is taken into account by Viaterra from their previous products. I say this because I have used multiple luggage carriers from them in past. And this one is the best so far... easy and quick to mount..did not shake or get loose a single time on my 2200km ride (on Mavrick 440). Good job. one suggestion is to add a rain cover even for this. yes its weather proof but a lot of dust still accumulates on the ride. Infact rain cover is must for this so you may want to get it from outside store like Decathlon.

One of the best tail bags in the market

The construction quality is top notch. The design is fantastic and functional. The air close valve is a must have for any rolltop closure bag in my opinion. But there are many expensive tailbags that miss out on this key feature. That makes this tail bags one of the best in the market, not even considering the pricing of the product.
