Cleaning:
Please use a soft cloth soaked in mild detergent to gently wipe the bag clean. Hang dry in shade only. Dry-cleaning or machine washing or using a dryer or hand/dhobi washing or soaking will void the warranty as this will damage the special coatings that the fabric has. It will also result in your bag losing its “water-proof” coating.
Storage:
When you are storing the bag, please do not crush, or roll or otherwise stuff the bag into a smaller space/container as this will result in damage to the item and void the warranty.
Repairs:
Do not alter the bag or get it repaired at an unauthorized repair center as this will void the warranty.

I ordered this bag for my upcoming Nepal Motorcycle Ride in January 2020 and I am 100% satisfied with the quality of this product. The cushioning is perfect and the fabric used is of excellent quality. The small pocket inside to keep Balaclavas etc is very handy indeed! It is also a 100% fit for my helmet; almost like custom-made! It would be thoroughly tested during my ride and I am sure it would come out with flying colours. This is my 3rd ViaTerra Product and this journey is definitely going to continue….
