WHAT DOES IT ENTAIL?

The ViaTerra Gloves & Apparel warranty covers the original owner of the product against defects in materials and workmanship only. If the product fails due to a manufacturing or material defect, ViaTerra will first attempt to repair it. If repair is not possible, the company will replace the product with a similar one at their discretion.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear & tear, accidents, improper use, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over time. Fitment and comfort are subjective matters that are not covered under the warranty. The customer is strongly advised to carefully consider these factors before making a purchase and refer to the fitment instructions and video provided by ViaTerra.

Fading of fabrics, degradation of plastic fittings/ velcro and leather can occur due to environmental factors such as exposure to moisture, sunlight/UV, etc. Zippers can get stuck due to dirt and the company recommends regular cleaning and lubrication to ensure their longevity. Any incidental or consequential loss to personal property is not covered under the warranty.

Please note that only purchases made directly from ViaTerra's website or authorized dealers will be considered for warranty coverage. Additional shipping charges apply for international customers. If not registered on website for warranty, proof of purchase, such as a tax invoice with the date of purchase from an authorized dealer or an order number for purchases made on the website, is required.

What is the process?

1) Contact ViaTerra by sending an email to contactus@viaterragear.com with a detailed explanation of the issue and supporting images from multiple angles and zoom lengths.

2) The company will review the information and determine if the issue is covered under warranty.

3) If the issue is covered under warranty, ViaTerra will take care of everything! We'll arrange for a courier pickup and provide you with the necessary labels. All you need to do is pack the item securely, affix labels and have it ready for collection when the courier arrives.

4) If your pincode isn't serviced by our courier partner, simply send the item(s) to us via a local courier and we'll reimburse you up to Rs. 200 in-store credit for your next purchase! This credit will be valid for 6 months, so you can use it whenever you're ready to make your next purchase with us.

5) The customer will receive confirmation on their warranty claim and either a repair or replacement will be offered at the company's discretion.

6) If the product is not covered under warranty, ViaTerra will offer to repair the product at a fair cost if possible.

Risk Free Trial:

We believe that your safety is of the utmost importance, and we want to make sure you have the right gear for your needs. That's why we offer a risk-free trial on all products purchased from our website www.viaterragear.com. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. We will arrange for the product to be picked up at our expense and issue a full refund of the purchase price. All returns must be in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels attached.

Free Size Exchange:

We understand that getting the right fit for your riding gear is important for both comfort and safety. That's why we offer a free size exchange policy. If you're not satisfied with the fit of your purchase, simply contact us within the specified time period and we'll arrange for a pickup of the product. We'll then send you a different size at no extra cost to you. To be eligible for the free size exchange, all returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels attached.

Conditions:

  • For apparel purchases from www.viaterragear.com, returns and exchanges are only allowed if you have provided your measurements using our size chart before the order is dispatched.
  • If you would like to make a return or exchange, please contact us via email or call within 3 days of delivery.
  • Please note that custom products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

To ensure the longevity of your luggage, we recommend periodically cleaning and lubricating the zippers, and avoiding excessive exposure to moisture, sunlight and other environmental factors that may affect the appearance and performance of the product. This warranty does not cover any damage to bag contents, loss of bag contents, loss of use, loss of time, or similar expenses.

  • If a refund is requested, a 2% MRP deduction will be made for payment gateway fees and a refund acknowledgement will be sent via email once the refund has been initiated.
  • Most refunds appear in your account within 5-7 working days. Contact your bank if there is a delay.

What Does It Entail?

This warranty covers the product for the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship only. Minor scratches, nicks and anodizing marks that occur during the regular manufacturing process are not covered under warranty. This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, failure to comply with usage and fitment instructions, improper mounting, improper use, improper care, neglect, unauthorized repairs, customizations to original product, crashes or the natural breakdown of colours and materials over time.
