How long does it take to process the order?

We usually ship orders placed before 10:00 AM the same business day and next business day, for orders received after cut-off time. For backordered items, we will get in touch with you by phone/email to give you the expected delivery date.

How do I track my order status?

You will be notified through email once the order has been dispatched. You can then track your order using the AWB number on our logistics partners’ websites.

What is the estimated delivery time?

The standard delivery time is 3-5 business days via air/surface through our logistics partners. However, it may take longer for non-metro areas. In case you are in a hurry, call us or send us an email at info@viaterragear.com or call us (+91 40 2711 0084) to confirm expected delivery timelines to your area.

What is included in the shipping charges?

The shipping charges are inclusive of the cost of packaging material & handling, and are calculated on the basis of chargeable weight (higher of volumetric and actual gross weight) of your order. If you have placed an order for multiple items and there is any discount in the shipping charges, we will pass on the savings to you.

Will I have to pay any additional taxes?

Yes, if the area you reside in levies Octroi or a local business tax.

What should I do if the shipment is damaged?

If you receive damaged shipment with missing items, please do not accept the package and call us immediately to report the issue. Take pictures of the consignment, make a note of the damage and/or missing items on the AWB/paper, and get the delivery person to sign off on the same. This is necessary to raise a request for replacement/reimbursement from the logistics partner. Once we receive the pictures, and the scan of the signed AWB/paper mentioning the damage and/or missing items, we will settle the claim directly with our logistics partner.

What should I do if the I receive the wrong product?

In case you received the wrong product or an item that you did not order for, please email at info@viaterragear.com or call us (+91 40 2711 0084) and ViaTerra will arrange a pickup through our logistics partners. Your replacement shipment will be on its way as soon as possible.

We're proud to have shipped to more than 400 international customers across 35+ countries, on all 6 continents.

Why are shipping charges so high?

We've made every effort to minimize our international shipping charges and only charge our cost for these services. Also, we are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value. We currently work with 3 logistics partners (currently FedEx, DHL and EMS Speed Post) to offer you the best rate for shipping.

Yes, shipments may be subject to import duties, customs, fees and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Since duties & taxes vary by country and are subject to change, we are not able to provide an estimated cost.

What should I do if the shipment is damaged?

If you receive any damaged shipment with items missing (unless it is a partial shipment), please do not accept the package and call us immediately to report the issue. Take pictures of the consignment, make a note of the damage and/or missing items on the AWB/paper, and get the delivery person to sign off on the same. This is evidence required to raise a request for replacement/reimbursement from the logistics partner. It is very important for you to keep the packaging materials that the shipment arrived in as our logistics partners will not honour any claim if the shipping materials have been discarded. Once we receive the pictures, and the scan of the signed AWB/paper mentioning the damage and/or missing items, we will settle the claim directly with our logistics partner.
