Which products are covered under the returns & exchange policy?

Any product purchased under the below brands –

  • ViaTerra (luggage & hard parts)
  • Cycliste
  • CarBuddy

We also offer curated products from other reputed brands, that we have tested and used ourselves, for their quality and the excellent value they offer. Please note that since these are not in-house brands, no returns or exchanges will be allowed on them.

What should I do if I want to return an item?

If for any reason, you feel that the purchase you have made with us does not meet your needs, we will assist you with a prompt refund or exchange. Email or call us on the procedure for processing your return. Returns will not be accepted unless the same has been communicated to us through email or a call.

Am I eligible for a return?

Yes, if the items that you wish to return, for a refund or exchange, are in new/unused condition and include original product packaging with all the price/care/warranty tags. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable. The cost of returning the goods will be borne by the customer.

How long do I have?

All returns for exchange or refund must be made within 3 days from the date of delivery of the shipment.

Which items are not eligible for a return or exchange?

  • Returns on items purchased under promotions/special deals will not be accepted, unless otherwise specified.
  • Products that have been customized for you cannot be returned.
  • You cannot return used or damaged products, unless they are covered by warranty and the same has been specifically discussed with us over email or phone call.

How soon will I get my refund?

Refunds will be made within 5 business days after inspection of the returned items at our warehouse to the same mode of payment used at time of ordering.

What should I do for an exchange?

In case you opt for an exchange, you can pick any item/s for an equivalent amount excluding shipping. A reshipment fee will be charged for the item you choose.

 

ViaTerraGear Gloves Returns & Exchange Policy

Free Size Exchange:

Worried about the wrong size if you buy online? You can exchange for size within 3 days from the date of delivery at ZERO cost - yup, we will get the gloves picked up from your address and send a replacement once we receive them in an unused condition. 

How it works:

Once you raise the exchange request, we will share the pickup details and AWB with you. You just need to take a print and stick it on the box, & our courier partner will come over to pick it up from your address. The only thing you need to remember is that the gloves must be unused, and have all original tags & packaging intact. 

Please note that if you do not print & use the AWB shared by us, you are liable for the return shipping cost because higher shipping rates will be applied on the package.

In case our courier partner does not service your address, you will have to ship the product back to us via SpeedPost (please pack the product carefully as we cannot take responsibility for any damage during transit) and the cost will be refunded to you.

Zero Risk Trial:

Concerned that you might not like what you get? While we are extremely confident that you will be more than satisfied with our gloves, we understand that sometimes you might be looking for something different. Not to worry, we offer a no-questions-asked, zero risk trial - you get the full refund if you opt for this within 3 days from the date of delivery. And no, you don’t need to pay for the return shipping.

How it works:

You just need to take a print and stick it on the box, & our courier partner will come over to pick it up from your address. The only thing you need to remember is that the gloves must be unused, and have all original tags & packaging intact. We will refund the full amount back to you after our quality control team checks the gloves at our end.
